Meditation Activity: Mindfulness with Horses in Zahora

The entire experience takes place within a wild olive forest, a few meters from Mangueta beach.We will enter one of the fields where the herds live in freedom to carry out the observation and Mindfulness activity.Horses are social and highly emotional animals, capable of perceiving our emotions immediately. They are true masters in the practice of “here” and “now” and fabulous gauges of authenticity and coherence. They don't lie, they don't have an ego, they don't judge, but they do react on what they perceive.They are capable of accentuating our sensitivity and enhancing qualities such as empathy, non-verbal communication and relationships with others.
