Marshalls Garden Orion Bulbing Fennel Seeds - 150 Seeds, Bolt-Resistant, Strong Aniseed Flavor - Green

Fennel 'Orion' produces uniform, clean round bulbs with a strong aniseed flavour and attractive feathery foliage. The whole plant is edible: use chopped leaves and young stems in salads, add seeds and fronds to sauces and fish dishes, or grate bulbs into salads. 'Orion' shows good resistance to bolting, giving a longer harvest period; sow regularly through spring for succession crops. Sow outdoors in pre-watered shallow rows 2cm deep, with seeds about 2cm apart and roughly 30cm between rows. Thin seedlings to about 20cm apart, keep soil consistently moist and harvest from June to October.
