2025 Pretty Gorgeous Rosé, IGP Pays d'Oc

Pretty Gorgeous winery, nestled between the cities of Beziers and Carcassonne, sits 200 metres above the sea level. Benefiting from the warm days and cooler nights of the Mediterranean climate, the wine has the essential acidity and delicate aromas. To protect the grapes from oxidation, they are harvested during the cooler night times and undergo a gentle pressing. The wine spends two months on fine lees, creating a smooth texture. A fresh, light and fruity rosé with notes of lychee and strawberry. With a refreshing acidity, it pairs perfectly with tuna nicoise or linguine vongole. A real treat for the warmer months.
