This trip includes a cultural encounter with the Batwa, a unique indigenous group that plays a major role in Gorilla preservation. Your accommodation will be at a non-profit, which helps women who have suffered domestic violence and others who are very poor. A portion of the proceeds from this trip is channeled back to our partners, non-profits who are supporting and investing in their communities.
