Marshalls Garden Beetroot Seeds Quattro Gourmet Mix - Purple

Colourful, easy-to-grow mix of four beetroot varieties (Beta vulgaris) for salads and roasting. Sow in April into seed-sowing compost and grow in full sun in pots, patios, small gardens or raised beds. Harvest as baby beets or leave to mature to larger roots, with crops ready from July to November and plants reaching around 400 mm. Sweet and vitamin-rich, roots are excellent raw in salads or roasted in vinegar; each packet contains approximately 300 seeds.
