Rust-oleum flexible fabric paint is "toy safe", subject to toy standard testing: BS EN 71-3: 2013 + A1: 2014, migration of certain elements. Coverage - this can covers approximately 0.75M2 per coat dependent upon surface profile/porosity. Drying time - touch dry in 15 minutes. Recoat where required after 20 minutes.
