Mint 'Spearmint' - Green

A popular spearmint with a milder flavour than peppermint, perfect for mint sauce, salads, mojitos and herbal teas. Soft green leaves and scented pink, lilac or white flower spikes make it attractive in pots, window boxes or kitchen gardens, while the flowers draw bees and other pollinators. This hardy perennial dies back in autumn and returns each spring; it can spread up to 1 m in open soil but is easily managed in containers where it thrives without taking over.
