This is followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines. Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than 100 years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive video 180° projected on barrels: unique in France.Then make room for creativity and become a mixologist for a day: you will compose your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices...To end this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet restaurant, designed to accompany and enhance your cocktails.
