Their ‘Toast’ creation was developed in 2015 and involves packing the gluten-free bread full of berries and nuts (in this case sweet and tart cherry, pecan nuts and poppy seeds) before twice baking them and then slicing them wafer thin. Perfect with traditional fresh, crumbly cheeses like Kirkham’s Lancashire, Wensleydale and Anster.
