Your class will include a fruit and vegetable market tour where we will buy our ingredients from the local producers.Back in the kitchen, we start the cooking process by tasting local wines and liqueurs and then switching on the tunes while our award-winning pastry chef helps you to prepare the amazing desserts. All of our chef instructors have worked in some of the best restaurants and pastry shops in Croatia as well as in Europe so as to give you the most professional cooking / baking / pastry experience.
