Made from solid mango wood, our chest features handy clips to keep the drawers in place when in use. All 3 drawer fronts adorn the same blue floral pattern to cleverly integrate the handles into the design, whilst the ceramic glaze beautifully highlights its colours against the warmly toned mango wood. All our mango wood products are made entirely by hand using traditional skills handed down from one generation to the next. Mango trees have an incredibly long life, but eventually stop bearing fruit and are replaced by younger trees. As India produces, by far, the most mangos in the world, this results in a huge industry using one of the most abundant woods known to man.
