Pasion Blue wine is the result of a special elaboration where we look for a fruity result, starting from the Chardonnay grape variety. Pasion Blue stands out, not only for its aromatic freshness, but also for its beautiful blue color: our blue wine gets its color by a complicated process of natural treatment with anthocyanins, natural pigments present in the skin of the grape. The result in the mouth is balanced taste, with a slight sweet taste that makes it harmonious in its tasting, is daring, different and unique. ### Product Description The Dr. Loosen estate has been in the family for over 200 years and possesses some of Germany’s most respected and spectacular vineyards. Top sites from the villages of Bernkastel, Graach, Wehlen, Ürzig and Erden present their own different characteristics like red slate, blue slate, red volcanic conglomerate soil, dangerously steep slopes and in some cases ungraed vines that can be up to 140 years old.
