It's a very popular ingredient in Asian dishes and can be used in salads or even as a side dish on it's own. With it being low in calories and high in protein and various vitamins, it's wonderfully healthy as well. So feel free to add it liberally to everything! All you need to do is rehydrate it by soaking it. Just be careful, wakame will increase in size 10 times when rehydrated, so start with a small amount.
