You will learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional techniques that you can replicate at home. The chef will share authentic family recipes and explain step by step how to knead, cut and shape different types of pasta. You will also discover curiosities about Italian cuisine and how cuisine is part of your daily culture. During the class we will talk about ingredients, how to choose them, and the importance of quality in Italian cuisine.
