Product Description

Enjoy it now, or cellar for a few years. No need to decant before serving. Chateau Minuty is a family winery with a history dating back to the 1930s, primarily concerned with creating classic Provençal rosé. Run by third and fourth-generation vintners Jean-Etienne, Anne-Victoire and François Matton, it occupies a prime spit of land on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, as well as 80 hectares in the surrounding hills of Vidauban and Ramatuelle. The Minuty Prestige Rosé is a showcase of Provençal grandeur, sourced from some of the best vineyards around the French Riviera. It is a blend of four southern grape varietals: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle, each adding depth and complexity to this crisp wine. The Prestige Rosé is extremely light pink in the glass, with shining white hues. The nose is generous and floral, exhibiting hints of lemon zest, pepper and lively white flowers. It is classic Provence on the palate, showcasing a sharp and refreshing mouthfeel, with crunchy red fruit textures, subtle spice and mineral notes of sea salt. The finish is long and detailed, with further mineral notes and hints of white pepper. This benchmark wine is best served well chilled, at approximately 8 °C. Consider pairing it with niçoise salad, seafood and creamy cheese, or having it as an aperitif.
