The liquid, neutral, water-based cleaning booster is the ideal addition for industrial cleaning processes, wherever the spray cleaners WAS 10.100 and WAS 10.500 are already being used successfully. In demanding cases with more stubborn soiling, the additive provides additional cleaning power without affecting material compatibility. Unlike powders, it is a liquid concentrate that distributes itself evenly in the cleaning bath and allows for simple, safe dosing. The silicate-free formulation is particularly gentle on materials and is also suitable for sensitive surfaces and workpieces such as painted surfaces, brass, copper, zinc, nickel, chromium, aluminium, as well as all types of plastics. The cleaning booster is designed to be environmentally compatible and user-friendly and can be easily integrated into existing cleaning processes. The recommended application concentration is 0.3 - 0.5 % based on the bath volume. For a parts washer with a filling volume of, for example, 110 litres (e.g. IBS-MAXI 78), 0.33 to 0.55 litres of the cleaning booster additive are added to specifically increase the cleaning performance. As an optional additive, the product supports the proven IBS spray cleaners where standard cleaning alone is not sufficient, and thus contributes to consistent cleaning results, process-reliable operation and extended service life.
