Bonding shower trays to floors and walls.. Product Details. Colour: White. Packaging: 290ml cartridge. Coverage: Approximately 10.5 linear metres per cartridge. Skin Time: 15–35 minutes at 23°C and 50% RH. Curing Rate: 1–2 mm per 24 hours. Movement Capability: ±20%. Service Temperature: -40°C to +100°C. Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture. Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C. Application Instructions. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.. Application: Cut the tip of the cartridge, fix the nozzle, and cut an aperture to the required width. Apply using a standard sealant gun.. Tooling: Tool the sealant within 15 minutes of application to ensure good contact between the sealant and the substrate.. Clean-Up: Remove excess sealant with a cloth dampened with white spirit before curing. Cured material can be removed mechanically.. Limitations. Not suitable for use in aquariums or on bitumen or asphalt surfaces.. Not recommended for use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers.. Always test compatibility with paints before overpainting.. Cleaning of Tools. Clean tools immediately after use with white spirit. Cured material can be removed mechanically.
