Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 Flat Roof Insulation Board measuring 25mm thick and 1200mm x 600mm in size. High-performance rigid insulation board designed for use on flat roofs waterproofed with fully adhered, mechanically fixed, or ballasted single-ply, bituminous, or mastic asphalt membranes. Manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, the board delivers excellent thermal efficiency with minimal thickness, achieving reliable long-term performance and dimensional stability. Faced on both sides with a tough, thermoset-coated glass tissue, it provides enhanced adhesion, mechanical strength, and compatibility with a wide range of roofing systems. Lightweight yet rigid, the board simplifies handling and installation on site while ensuring uniform insulation coverage across large roof areas. The 25mm thickness makes it suitable for thermal upgrading where minimal height increase is required.
