Standard MDF board, measuring 12mm thick and sized 2440mm x 1220mm (8' x 4'). Manufactured from compressed wood fibres bonded with resin under high pressure, this panel provides strength, stability, and a smooth surface for interior non-structural applications. Its fine, uniform composition allows for accurate cutting, drilling, and machining without splitting, making it suitable for small-scale joinery, furniture linings, and decorative panelling. The smooth sanded finish provides an excellent base for paint, veneer, or laminate. Standard MDF is intended for dry internal use only and is not moisture-resistant.
