These drill bits are made of high-quality HSS 4241 high-performance steel, which is known for its performance and durability. The 135° split point tip enables quick centring and clean, fast drilling. In accordance with the DIN 338 standard, the metal drill bits are right-hand cutting and have a milled type N helix, which ensures efficient chip removal and precise results. The fully ground HSS-G drill bits have a highly polished surface that gives them a silver colour. The drill bits are used in steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, sheet metal and plastic and are particularly suitable for drilling work in iron and metal profiles. However, they should not be used for stainless steel. Thanks to the round shank, the drill bit set fits all standard drill chucks in commercially available cordless screwdrivers and drills.
