Impact Protection profiles provide both visual warning and safety cushioning to hard unyielding objects Impact protection edge profiles are designed to cover vulnerable corners on buildings in high traffic areas to protect them from accidental damage. They also help to protect personnel from becoming injured on sharp corners. They offer a quick easy and economical way to provide protection for both buildings and people. Manufactured in Germany these edge profiles are made from highly malleable polyurethane foam specifically designed to absorb impact shock from both vehicles and people. Over the long-term they can result in significant savings being made on repair and maintenance costs. Each profile is supplied in a 1 metre section making it easy to customise. The sections come in three different profile shapes trapeze rounded and right-angle. The trapeze profile measures 40mm x 40mm the right-angle 60mm x 60mm and the rounded profile is 40mm in diameter. Each can be fixed either magnetically or with self-adhesive. The self-adhesive strips can be permanently fixed to smooth and dust-free surfaces and are only suitable for internal use. Other edges have magnetic strips which are easy to apply adjust or remove and these are suitable for both internal and external use. The foam material on all edges can easily be cut to the required length so you can design your impact protection system to fit perfectly into corners and crevices. Whatever shape or size foam profile you choose it will come in an eye-catching yellow and black striped design which is perfect for making it easier to spot in dull and dimly lit locations such as car parks and loading bays.
