LIFE FITNESS ROW HX TRAINER DESCRIPTION Life Fitness delivers another rower using Fluid Technology but the Life Fitness Row HX Trainer uses a horizontal water tank guaranteeing a smooth, natural feel and consistent resistance throughout each rowing stroke. The frame is made from natural wood and tempered steel, striking a balance between elegance and durability. It has an easy dial resistance adjustment that delivers five levels of resistance with auto-adjust. Level changes are automatically displayed on the monitor. Easy adjustments accommodate several users and allow users to challenge themselves with a variety of intensity. Connect the console via Bluetooth®️ and you can track your progress with your favourite fitness apps. Also compatible with a number of Polar heart rate monitors. Ergonomic handle and adjustable foot board with foot straps provides a comfortable workout session. When not in use store stand it upright reducing its foot print.
