All-Inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included throughout the weekend, with vegetarian and gluten-free diets catered for. You can also bring your own food if needed. Downtime: Enjoy recovery sessions, guided breathwork, and leisure time in unspoilt Scottish countryside. Accommodation: Comfortable bunk-style accommodation at the Broomlee Centre with men and women housed in separate blocks; solo occupancy may be available on request (not guaranteed). Excercise Activities: Features military-style drills, team challenges, mental resilience sessions, and a pulse-racing Mud Run on the last day.
