The targets themselves can be adjusted to different heights using their hook and loops fasteners and feature letterbox flaps which open when the ball hits them. Post securing straps and ground anchors help keep the strips in place, but dont worry: they also come with elasticated straps so they can be weighted in place on artificial ground.
