Reception staff are less than helpful, if you just want a day pass they couldn't care less.
Been pushing iron since that hot summer of 76 so great local gym for a Saltburn old boy, desk staff and gym staff are an asset to the company and very helpful. No complaints at all on my watch!!
Good selection of equipment (always pre-clean before use), although some of it is a bit dated/worn (cardio especially). Very friendly and helpful staff, solid WiFi, changing areas and storage lockers are good. Spacious parking lot, however, beware of the Parking Eye potential fine charges (£60 to £100) - register your vehicle upon entry, ask staff to add your vehicle to their database and add your vehicle registration to your Everyone Active app.
Just joined. Mainly to use the gym weights but need to wait until new staff arrive. Meanwhile I've done one class which was great. I booked 3 more as it's so easy on the app. Staff have been very helpful.
Great service in Memberships from Claire. She went above and beyond to get us the best deal for the family. Top marks, given I called at the end of the day (and it was her birthday). Thank you 👍
