Ordered on uber eats and live locally about a 10 mins drive if that. Food should take 20-30 mins to come max. Took over an hour. Food freezing, items missing. Delivery driver went to wrong house. Rang the store for help and complained tht my food is cold and my items were missing. Got met with a condescending tone and little to no help. Staff not helpful what so ever and very rude on the phone. Tried to contact the uber driver through uber eats and got my number blocked instantly. Terrible food, awful service and useless delivery driver. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Greggs put sauce on bacon sandwiches. so I phoned up women was not nice on phone . And she tried saying it was driver fault and he must have got orders mixed up . The order number on the bags was my order number so it was Greggs who ruined the sandwiches . It was not the driver fault

The dirtiest Greggs I have ever seen. Floor and tables absolutely disgusting. Enough staff on shift available for one to spent 10 minutes cleaning. This was a health and safety nightmare. No need for such bad standards. Manager needs to get their act together and have more respect for customers safety

A pleasant cafe atmosphere in the seated section as I waited for the nod from the young lady assistant behind the counter signalling my sausage rolls were 'hot and ready to roll'. I might prefer a slightly spicier sausage but still return for more.
