Overall a good store. Standard results stock wise as you get from any poundland. The star off is for two reasons. 1 the staff. I'd say 60-70% of the staff seem to always be in a negative mood. Short attitude and a desire to get you out of their way asap by any means necessary. The other 30-40% are fantastic. Helpful, pleasant, and make you feel like a valued customer 2. The state of the shop/building. Certain areas feel over cluttered and there is almost always a leak from the ceiling somewhere in the store making the store feel rubdown and less inviting to be in
