Fairhurst Bistro located in the historic racing town of Middleham in the Yorkshire dales is a new venture for chef Guy Fairhurstwho has worked in his family business since he was 14, situated at Middleham Key Centre entrance from the car park. The Bistro offers a smart Morden design with original interior and a friendly service team,. For a dining experience using fresh and innovative interpretation of classic dishes we pride our self’s on sourcing local produce. The Bistro has already become a popular venue in the locality for its themed nights featuring cuisines from all over the world. The menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal availability of ingredients and is well priced at £18.95 for 2 courses. A good range of sensibly priced wines are also available. The Bistro is an excellent venue for private dining seating around 30 people.
