Asked if the samosa was fresh, and the owner proudly said it was 2 years old. Guess they’re running a museum, not a food store. They should learn how to serve customer.

First of all i would not even give 1 star rating to this store, I bought milk (1.8 pound) and 3 veg samausa ( samausa priced 1 pound ). They charged me 5.39 as i was on call didn’t noticed and didn’t calculate. They charge extra for no reason this is not only once it happened with me few times. And the price is totally different on this shop compared to others.

I ordered Shoes from eBay, the collection point I given is this store. He been asking me the barcode to collect the product but I haven’t received any and messaged to the eBay customer service they officially sent me mail regarding No need barcode to collect. I shown him the evidences, Order and pick up location he is very irresponsible and exhausted to deal with it. I collected the parcel on 4th time of the visit that means I went 4 times to collect.

Unfortunately this shop is very close to my house, so had been there at many times of emergency and the owner of the shop has taught me how mannerless can a person behave. I would happily describe him as an extreme racist and a worst human being. So i would request any responsible citizen not to help a racist grow

Guys if you want to experience the worst customer experience in UK, don't waste time..come to this store. This post is being put in hope that any concern authorities see how rude and badly the shop staff ( especially the owner) behave. I had the worst experience two days back and it took me literally two days to be alright from the incident.
