One Stop Middlesbrough Linthorpe

Again some of the staff are fantastic in what thay do. other staff have no customers satisfaction in mind and are just rude and give the impression there working under duress but you need security all the time it's not fare on the staff to keep other member of the public safe I had to intervene when som scum shop lifters kicked off big time ts a good shop when it's open general mangers have to step up and sort it out lat them do a shift on a Friday nigh???

This used to be a great store. and although Id still rate the more established staff and great manager 5* still, but when others on shift its a different story altogether. Also the fact it is constantly closed sporadically most days has made everyday top up shopping and collecting Evri parcels a nightmare. You never know it if its open or closed and for the many vulnerable and elderly people who rely on this shop as a walkable local amenity and struggle to walk to other places, it has become unnacceptable.

Terrible service. This One Stop has made it almost impossible to collect parcels. For the past 3 days I’ve been told different excuses: first the Evri machine “wasn’t working,” then “come back in 2–3 hours,” then “it��s too late now, come tomorrow.” Meanwhile, the same machine works fine for couriers dropping parcels off at the exact same time. To make matters worse, even though the shop is open until 10pm, they have suddenly made up a new rule (just 3–4 days ago) that parcels can only be collected before 5pm. Completely unreasonable, frustrating, and unfair. Avoid using this location for parcel collection they clearly don’t want to hand them out.

Lovely staff but sadly very inconsistent with closing times, they need a lot more help as there’s a lot of shoplifting that they can’t manage at the same time as serving customers and a lot of people collect and send parcels which takes time. It’s frustrating when parcels have a pick up window and the store closes at least 2 hours early.

Lovely staff but due to constant shoplifting they’re always closed up to 2 hours earlier than they should be. Not ideal when you have parcels to pick up that have a time limit and if you work late it’s up to chance if you’ll be able to pick it up most of the time.
