Spot on, ordered September, ETA 3December, confirmed on30 Nov, and timeslot 8-11am 1st December, arrived at ,8 05, expertly manoeuvred and in place,by two pleasant, polite, delivery men, job done , 20 minutes,! Wow, thank you so much !

Terrible try and avoid ordered sofa for my son's house early July got told 4 weeks delivery. It got cancelled 4 times now been moved to September and not guaranteed. My son has nothing to sit on for last two months

Excellent service from our local store.Our order was split.. we had part delivery in June which was great. The other item which should have arrived today didn't. No phone call to advise us, if it hadn't been for me contacting them we wouldn't have known that they hadn't processed our order. It's now for delivery in September. We paid in full in May. Terrible service from customer service department

From start to finish, an excellent experience. Elizabeth in the store was so pleasant and efficient. They allowed us to take a sample of the fabric home to see how it looked in our lounge. We were given a delivery date in September but the sofas arrived at the end of June. The sofas look terrific and the delivery guys did a great job. Many thanks
