They don't even reserve one star. Useless customer service, horrible experience today. I reported that to the yo yhe hedqurter, and I was given a case number. Waiting for the outcome, if it is not fair, I will take legal action
One of my least favourite stores, find it difficult to find stuff you need, often untidy but it is cheap. Not as good as Aldi, staff are good though and swift but the overall feel of the store is lowly and has a bad atmosphere. I like to get in and out because I really don’t like it that much. Can’t fault staff but it just feels so drab and sad, many of the cliental are a big off put, no respect or manners and attracts a lot of people you’d usually avoid. Would be 2 star but genuinely feel for the staff working so hard to do their best in this environment. They deserve a medal.
Very cheap prices, perfect for monthly groceries, must buy their full fat Greek Yogurt; i really like that, and yes, good option.
Added self checkouts and the ques are going down the isles now not standing in a massive queue to buy one thing two stars is generous only been in for a day and their already having issues with the queues
Free car parking, low prices!
