I have been having bad experiences with my orders, it gets returned to the vendors after 3 ghost attempts I wasn’t aware of, it’s as if the rider keeps marking attempted each day without actually attempting… I went down to pasting a note on my door asking them to ring my bell or call the number provided for a week and same thing keeps happening, meanwhile I am home all these while.
Love the staff. They were helpful, and it was a smooth process. It was my first time sending stuff, but the staff made it seamless, and I didn't struggle or wait long. The next day my parcel has landed. THANK YOU GUYS 😊

My package wasn’t delivered at the said time and I saw no one but next thing I got a mail saying I missed my parcel 3x this is very unprofessional and not good at all.
Poor service my parcel was just left on my door step when I got home from work no parcel they couldn't care less not even an investigation
