High prices. Poor stock levels, miserable staff, rubbish quality, terrible store design. All in all this place is dreadful. I find it hard to understand why anyone shops there now. It’s a truly miserable an frustrating experience. Morrison’s …if you can’t be bothered then jog on and let some other supermarket have a go, you won’t be missed

I go to this shop most weekends as it's in the middle of a journey I make on Saturdays and Sundays. I don't know what it is about this place specifically as the customer service at Morrisons is generally quite good, but many of the staff are rude, lazy, and speak to customers in an arrogant tone. Buying something from the self service checkout that needs ID? Better add 5-10 minutes to your planned journey time, as this is how long it takes staff to get to you, because they're off socialising in lany cases leaving you waiting. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm at the end of my tether with thos place, must have terrible management for it to be consistently this bad.

Went in to buy beef mince at 3.30 and there was only one 50 gram packet on the shelf. When asking a member of staff, they said there was none in the warehouse. Don’t need to be a scientist to stock up.

Approached the manager to politely ask the price of the item. (No price tag/label on the clearance shelves) I was taken aback by the TONE and LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. She said she was on her break! I honestly thought maybe she was just too hungry, but it still felt unprofessional and disappointing coming from a manager. I tried going to the counter kiosk to check the price for myself. I was queuing and waiting for available kiosk, she just cut the queue to pay the sandwich she was holding. I found this behaviour unprofessional, especially from someone in a managerial role who should be setting a positive example for both staff and customers.

This is my local supermarket and although its had some great improvements like the self check outs for instance and the staff are great in my experience,other things are not so good. Always hit and miss if what you need are in stock, rarely use the cafe as its always been 'ok just tell me what is available on the menu!!' As maybe just my luck on delivery. But the worst is the state of the female toilets. I commented to one of the managers a few weeks ago and he informed me that it was a different company that over sees it. I was introduced to the cleaning man and showed him the dirt on the cubicle walls door tiles sink ect. He reassured me that it will be dealt with the following day. I'd hate to be paying this cleaning team for the dismissal attempt I witness today going in. Nothing had been done. In future ill just hold it untill I get home
