Post office lady (older larger lady) My word- her lack of customer service and politeness is shocking. I’d be ashamed to have her work for me. It’s like she can’t be arsed at all. Just leave love, there are plenty of other people looking for work who have some manners at least

Not at ALL HAPPY over charged completely i didn’t realise until i was home they charged me £5 for 2.50 pouches and £5 for RESEALED pokemon cards i will be coming back for a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous you are scamming people didnt even put one of the cards the correct way around disgusting

This is a second review for this ridiculous shop,sold me a out of date item which was not priced down and then said he can't return it,the tills display is hidden as so customers can't see how much items cost,I will be making a complaint,the tall thin man is very rude,spends time on his phone and speaking to other ppl rather than serve on time,he is so arrogant it's unbelievable,he needs to learn some manners,I old gave one star as can't submit with no.stars,listen one stop,there is 3 big supermarkets in the area,and I'll be going there from now on,one stop staff sucks

This shop is very convenient and overall provides good service. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at the delivery counter, a lady with a larger physique. She appeared to lack a service-minded approach, and her demeanor came across as rude. I hope the shop owner can look into this to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers.

Absolute rip off. You can buy something on discount and still get charged full price and they never give the receipt. I went in and baught 4 items,£10.36. Didn't get a receipt just a dirty look from the large lady behind the counter. She had the personality of a tree. Very aware that they are located near a council estate and know exactly what to do to exploit certain vulnerable people in the area with deals on booze and wines I will be taking this further with trading standards,you need to close and open a Tesco express
