awful shop.. new member of staff, think he was called Ben was very disrespectful to me and my wife when we popped in to get some cider for christmas… Told me to hurry up and asked me if my wifes disabled. He has never been here the few times ive popped in before.

Had a parcel sent here for a friend, Tiffany Roache, I used Royal Mail tracked and signed for, she went to collect today and they refused to let her collect as she didn’t have a code but took her ID and they still refused, what is she supposed to do now, and where will my parcel end up! Seems very suspect as another reviewer has mentioned

Horrible customer service from the older blonde lady . She is very rude and never says hello. The rest of the staff are kind, but the company must improve its customer service.

Won't let you collect parcel for someone else despite having parcel code and ID - they must be stealing parcels and looking for any excuse not to hand then over. you can pick up parcels for someone at argos, sainsburies, even retail shops will let you. Don't use this shop they are dodgy. Don't get parcel's delivered here.
