The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Neil (correct me if I’m wrong). He was great when I went to post or collect a parcel. The location is also easily reachable from the UoS student accommodation.

Mostly visit at night when local stores are closed, the staff are okay not very chatty but not rude, always stuff in stock and open 24/7. Free Cash machine inside that i use often when i go in and always as cash which is convenient. Isles easy to get down. Beggars do tend to sit bang outside and ask for money when going in AND coming out.

This place was better back when they were open 24/7 but I lived nearby for 6 years and cannot fault the staff here. They were always down for a chat, no matter what time of day and always super friendly. I've moved away from Ecclesall Road now and I think the people working in this Spar are the only folks I will actually miss from the area. Kudos to all the staff there!

Staff always look miserable and make me feel awkward everytime I go in there. Makes me think I've always done something wrong because they always give me a dirty look, I just came to get some milk buddy calm down.
