Walk Description
Established in the early 17th Century the estate was a seat of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire for sometime. Unfortunately, the old hall is no longer with us as it was demolished in the 1810's but the remaining building on site are fabulous examples of period architecture. The walk allows you to take in the amazing scenery and wildlife in the form of cattle and other farming stock that make up the modern livestock. There are woodlands, streams and two lakes to explore with the family at the same time.
