Went in for a hot sandwich. The cooker kept breaking, not the ladies fault, sandwich was not hot, young boy on till didn't know how much change to give. They were more concerned with the just eat orders, than the long line of customers in the place. Gone down hill. Will not be back. Not even greated on arrival at counter

The website says it is open until 4pm on Sunday, but door were locked at 3:30pm... I lost my free drink from confused.

Very young lady with dark hair working today 28th February at around 11:30am. Appalling attitude towards me and my partner. Donuts were placed in the wrong place and for some reason it was our fault. Confronted and asked why didn’t we tell her, at one point we started arguing. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour. Not happy and Greggs shouldn’t be employing people like her!
