These Bombaclaat shop owners threw a stale ham sandwich at me and called me names, tbf tho I was able to catch it so got it for free. Fed my tortoise Floyd for a few days

Store is closed 10:30am on Friday 7th February 2025. Still closed at 11:15am when returning back…. Issue with cash machine, not sure why this effects customers entering the store. COULD THIS WORK BE DONE OUT OF HOURS?

Reading other reviews, and many of them very positive, especially about the staff, I do wonder why I struggle to give above 3☆. These friendly, wonderful staff that most people talk about, I have never seen. In the many years I've called in, it has pretty much always been an inconvenience to be there. Dodging staff, filling shelves, always where i am, with no courteous recourse for virtually being barged out of the way, and having a group chat as if you, the customer, doesn't exist. I go to one stop because it is very local. I certainly don't go expecting, nor indeed receiving good customer satisfaction. 😳

Closes before stated closing times, opens after stated opening times. The excuse tonight was "the till says 10:01" when infact it was actually 9:55. It always has poor on shelf availability and you can stand at till for minutes being ignored before being served. Honestly this is my local village shop and it's very disappointing considering the amount of time and money we spend there. Will try my best to avoid from now on 👍🏼 p.s I work in retail myself and pride myself on customer service. This is not something that is on the agenda here.
