Mel is an amazing and dedicated teacher. Her Pilates & Yoga classes are fun, informative and varied. She’s constantly learning and bringing fresh new ideas to her classes and offers modifications so everyone can work at their own level, something she actively encourages. I’d highly recommend her classes and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
I’ve been going to Mel’s Pilate classes for nearly 10 years. She is a very knowledgeable teacher, who makes the classes accessible to all abilities. She regularly offers suggestions for different levels of difficulty and therefore allows you to progress at your own rate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else at all.
Mel’s classes are great! Always well-prepared, varied and tailored to individual needs. She has inspired me to take greater care of my body and improve my strength. I do her recorded online class to fit in with my schedule which gives me flexibility. Sadly, I live too far away to join the in-person classes. Highly recommend.
At yoga or Pilates class with Mel you get so much more than just yoga or Pilates, Mel’s anatomical knowledge is incredible, she’s helped me in so many ways. Plus she’s a genuinely lovely person! Highly recommended classes!!
Very good teacher of both pilaties and Yoga. Very knowledgeable about all parts of the body and how they both can help your wellbeing. Have been going to classes for over 6 years would not go anywhere else.
