Fantastic surgery. Always looked after, wonderful doctors and nurses who listen to you and don't fob you off. All phone appointment system could be better, but obviously their hands are tied if you are number 50 in a queue, you can't expect them to still have an appointment when you get through, but that's not their fault and they will still try to help you. I think people forget that doctors are human too and also get sick. If that was your job you wouldn't be happy if people expected you to work extra hours every day of the week until it was dark, not see your family or have any sort of normality and I respect these guys for how difficult it is to keep everyone happy when they must be overworked and tired, plus restricted by wider nhs rules. They are the best doctors about and genuinely care about their patients. Thank you 🙂

The Covid vaccination centre for many doctor surgeries in the Brighouse and surrounding areas. Efficient and friendly service. Plenty of parking available.

I've been with this surgery 8 or 9 years now and I'd be devastated if I were forced to go elsewhere. I've always had the very best care from my Dr (Malone) and is hugely supportive and compassionate. Most of the receptionists are also fabulous (every once in awhile you get the odd one who seems to think they know your situation better than either yourself or your Dr but it fortunately rare).

Very poor service trying to talk to someone at the surgery. I telephoned on Thursday 15 June in the morning and was number 8 in the queue. TWO HOURS later I became number one, at this point the phone disconnected and when I retried the surgery answer machine said the surgery was now closed. It’s disgraceful that you can’t even talk to anyone to get help which I needed with an elderly relative and the perception is they don’t care at the surgery either. Even with a shortage of doctors surely you should be able to get some guidance from the reception as a basic human courtesy?
