On 'normal' visit for books I asked if I could print a government document from my phone. Was assured that was possible. Went in today & saw same lady (petite with glasses & dark bob - sorry I didn't get your name) & she very patiently talked me thru the process to a successful outcome. This lady's patience & professionalism are a credit to the service. Many thanks
The Local Studies room at the library is a great resource for anyone interested in local or family history, with very helpful library assistants.
The staff really make this place, the lady that helped me join and print today was so friendly and helpful! It’s a shame to see the tech in the library just so old though, Windows XP, wow!!! The little kids room was quite nice with all the kids books. Ossett town hall is a really lovely building for it to be in as well :)
I really like it at this library but I think it's opening hours are a bit short. During the holidays I go to my nanas 10-5pm so I haven't got time for the holiday challenge and I am very upset about that. I only have time on Sundays and Thursdays. :'(
Great to have this reopened. Thank you for all your efforts to improve it and get it up and running.
