Very Good food here, Nice service,And great Atmosphere! Would highly recommend to eat here.
We have ordered several times via just eat in the last few months and always been really happy (apart from the time they forgot my food 🙄) Tonight my meal had the thinnest burger imaginable. On ringing the establishment the lady on the phone couldn’t help us and when asking to speak to her manager she asked us to hold but apparently they weren’t available. Poor customer service. Such a shame as the food previously was 10/10
Just finished making my way through a Smash Burger and waiting for my mouth to cool after the cajun fries so though I'd post a review! Dropped in here randomly after my wife took my son to The Secret Garden next door. Order quickly taken and food cooked. Burger was tasty and not at all soggy which is what you expect, but don't always get from places. Cajun fries were... fiery! Overall really good place and I'll volunteer to drive my wife and son to The Secret Garden again so I can drop in once more!
I've ordered from here several times through Deliveroo and it has always been nice. Unfortunately this time it was inedible. The fries were soggy and cold but the worst was the dawg. It was way overcooked and the bread roll was burnt and rock hard. Obviously no quality control at all. Lost customer here.
The burger is nice, I’ll give them that, but the chips tasted like they sat there for 15 minutes. The service was absolutely terrible 55 minutes ,and we weren’t told there was going to be a wait. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. Also, there were spiders on the walls with cobwebs also inside.
