Saporito Italian Takeaway

Tried for the first time recently. Lovely food. The chicken wrap box meal was very tasty, so too I am assured were the garlic bread, vegetarian pizza and tuna and sweetcorn stuffed crust pizza. I will definitely be back.

Pizzas tasted like frozen bought pizzas. Only ordered from here because Top Chicken was closed! Wish we never bothered. The donner kabab was a bonner wrap.. handful of donner, for 7.50 .. burgers were the best of all the food. Very disappointed 😞 We will stick with Top Chicken!

Ordered on Just Eat and they had listed items that they didn't sell, they only offered alternative items and had already sent them without checking it was OK. We then found roots on our chips and bone and cartilage on our chicken pizza (the chicken is grey), avoid this place at all costs.

We ordered food at 6.45 and it got delivered at 9pm after making phone call after phone call to chase it up. Once the food arrived I had ordered a parmo but they delivered me a pizza. I rang the restaurant to say they had sent the wrong food to a reply of 'well at least we sent you something' I went mad at this point and got told they would send me anything I wanted and I said I just wanted what I wanted. They then sent what I ordered which was delivered fresh but I will never be ordering from here again due to the rudeness of the staff

Never again!!! Ordered a mixed kebab and Parmo last night, the doner meat was mostly black, fully burnt crumbled when breaking in half, chicken was dry and old. Parmo small, chicken again dry, I spoke to a chef in there on a call whose attitude was abrupt and arrogant, he tried telling me that burnt doner meat cooked on the griddle? Is the norm and I am the first to complain about this. I then called down to the shop and showed him this but he agin told me it was normal, I asked for a refund and finally got it after he argued with me. Customer service skills was shocking. Need to learn how to talk to people!
