Edit: a typical response from a business not wanting to take responsibility for a mistake. I asked for a taper fade with a curly top? Is that not asking for something specific? The haircut was clearly done by someone who wasn't trained. And not checked. Its about taking responsibility for your actions, not making a sly comment like "get your son's hair cut one a month instead of once every six months". He does have thick hair, but surely you have worked with this type of hair before. Your job as barbers is ensure the clients cut is the right and that didn't happen on this occasion. Its really that simple. Took my son, asked for a taper fade with curly top. He shaped the side, and didn't do anything to the top. I asked to trim the top. Then he did, not in the chair 2 mins, also clipped son's ear. Charged £11 for no change to the hair! Was clearly a trainee, and his worked was not checked. Very disappointing, at no point was I told not happy don't pay! My husband ended up taking him to Horbury barbers and explained. He sorted the cut and wasn't even going to charge him, but he gave him money as he sorted it! When you are a woman with a child, who is clueless about barbers. Don't bother they will take advantage

Ive been taking my kids here for a good while and everytime i go they are always so friendly with the kids. When i first took them they was crying like any other child does when they get their haircut for the first time and i was surprised and happy to see that the staff helped to calm down my boy and cheer him up and it worked! They also give them sweets and lollipops which makes them even more excited to get their haircut everytime and not to mention what a good job they do with their haircuts.

absolutely love every barber that works there, they are all very skilled at what they do and give great customer service. their prices are very good and they also do deal if you ask for their card at the till giving you half price off if you come back 5 times.

Been using this barber since they opened. Currently live in Huddersfield and refuse to go anywhere else. All very skilled barbers and friendly to chat with. They sell good hair products which I have bought many of. Great custom and highly recommended hot towel and a clean shave only ever been nicked once DUE TO A FAULT OF MY OWN which the barber I was with corrected immediately and even apologized even took extra care when I had my helix pierced. Highly recommend and is also the cheapest in ossett
