We recently purchased our first caravan from Sam at Code 11 and he honestly he couldn't have been more helpful. As complete novices to the caravan lifestyle, Sam helped make sure we had everything we needed and even chucked some equipment in to make sure we were set for our first trip. We originally enquired with Tom at Code 11, who kept us updated with any stock that came in that was within our budget, Tom was really helpful and professional but also very relatable!! We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Code 11, and when the time comes for an upgrade we will be sure to give Sam/Tom a call! Thank you so much.

Honestly the team at code 11 are fab. As newbie caravan owners they were so good at explaining everything to us and no question was too silly. From the moment we stepped on the fore court to the moment we dropped the caravan off at the storage facility we felt so looked after, welcomed and at ease. Would 100% recommend them. Special shoutout to Tom for making the whole buying process & storage of the caravan so easy. We can’t wait to have adventures in our new home on wheels. 🙌☺️

Used Code11 to replace a Heki Rooflight on my 30+ yr old motorhome. Despite delays incurred through a pretty inefficient insurance claims process, Code11 were very accommodating throughout and once approval received did an excellent job. The replacement fits perfectly and the motorhome left neat & tidy. A very professional job throughout, thanks guys!
