10/10 experience. Joe went the extra mile to get me in a last minute viewing and even brought the car back to his home address so it was closer to where I am based, turned up, car was perfect as shown and drove lovely. Very reasonably priced and full service history etc. Had a coffee and sorted out paperwork and drove car away same day! Perfect service and highly recommended!

I bought my car from these guys last year because it had a great reputation from the previous owner. Sale process was pretty good, or appeared that way. Sales person was messaging me at all times of the day, appearing super helpful. Once id agreed the sale things went down hill. I was ill informed of delivery which left insurance costing me more due to little notice. Once again appeared all good, paper work seemed in order but a month or so later I had to sort it all with DVLA which was a minor inconvenience compared to things that went before. I dont have the time or energy to give every detail of the issues, phone calls and back and forth I had after finding issues with the vehicle. The "check" provided wasnt worth the paper it was written on. My car needed over £500 worth of work which they tried to tell me they were not liable for till they realised I wasnt stupid and had sought advice from Citizens advice etc. When they realised they couldn't get our of it they were rude and made the process so much hassle. Leave me careless for a week. I receive no compensation, they wouldnt provide any documentation, they wouldn't let the garage talk to me and left me in the dark. The sales person become very unhelpful. I asked to meet with the manage and was informed "he is very busy and import" I NEVER even received an apology for the inconvenience. I did get some compensation after complaining directly to the finance provider, but find my cars customer service was atrocious. Ive had nothing but issues with the car. For me the measure of a good company is how they deal with issues and basically they didn't. Would never purchase from them again or recommended them to anyone.

Recently purchased a ford transit custom from Callum, he was brilliant throughout the process of searching and purchasing. Made it all happen with ease. Callum was very professional and helped us all the way through right up until delivery. He made our van purchase personal and as a family construction business we really appreciated this.
