Popped to Highfield Cars to view a good looking, low mileage, low owner 10 plate Suzuki Swift that had Wolfrace black alloys to compliment the black decent bodywork. An ideal first car for my son. After some robust, respectful negotiation some items were agreed to in order to get the car to where I needed it to be and this along with an equally fair adjustment in price led me to put a deposit on it and agree to collect a week later. I was contacted by Chris who was a gentleman throughout with good news that he had serviced it and rectified all MOT advisories and fails which are par for the course and put a years ticket on it due to the fact he put a note on the work chit requesting the car is made good as it's a lads first car. All was completed as promised within a day or two and on collection the car was front and centre and looked fantastic. Unless proven otherwise over next few weeks the experience has been excellent. Chris has been honest and straight to deal with and I would have no hesitation visiting Chris when the body of my Honda falls off because the engine just keeps on going. Thank you Chris on behalf of the family and especially the lad. 🤝
Yet again Chris has gone above and beyond to find me the perfect car. Highly recommended. My second car from Chris and very happy with both my cars. Will definitely be back in the future.
After searching for a car for my daughter for weeks, slowly getting more disappointed with the quality of cars and customer service I came across Chris at Highfield Cars. The fiesta for sale was very tidy and at a great price. Prior to collecting the fiesta Chris gave it a service and MOT to ensure it was fit for sale. The handover was very professional. Highly recommended due to his great customer service and professionalism!
