Unprofessional. Won't answer their phones, one agent bounces you to another through poorly written emails and then... They won't answer their phones.

We have used Bennett lettings both as and landlord and a tenant. We rented our house out for 6 months whilst we went backpacking. Neil quickly found a tenant and we did not have to do anything whilst away, the rental was taken good care of. On our return, the house was left in great condition and we were able to move straight back in. As a tenant, We were well looked after. Neil found us a property at very short notice . We liked the place so much we considered buying it. Any maintenance issues were professionally dealt with and when we left, our deposit was promptly returned. Bennett Lettings are a first class business and whether a tenant or a landlord I would highly recommend them.

Used Bennett Lettings to find tenants for a property I wanted to rent and I had a fantastic service from Neil. He shared local market knowledge, found tenants quickly and gave me regular updates throughout the process. Neil was great to deal with and made the process very easy and simple. Would definitely recommend and would use the service again in the future if needed.
